Avolites enjoyed one of their busiest and most successful PLASA exhibitions to date at Earls Court, showing five new products, three of which were launches.
Also on the PLASA agenda was the hosting of another highly successful social event for Avolites’ international distributors and special guests.

Launch products included the
E-DMX, a PCMCIA card adapter that receives DMX data across an 802.11 wireless network, completely removing the need for DMX data cables!.
The Avolites ART2000s dimming module is the latest in the innovative Avolites ART Series of dimmers. It is a cost-effective stand-alone professional dimming module designed for distributed dimming systems.
The third new product was the Avolites Diamond 4 Pilot system, designed to offer a cost-effective backup for a full console; a playback system for use when a full console is not required and to offer individual hardware components which can be purchased to match a customers requirements.
It was also the first PLASA showing of the new Diamond 4 Elite and Vision consoles, which attracted lots of interest.
The rest of the spectacular stand was taken up with the full Avolites console range, plus examples of the comprehensive ART touring and installation dimmers and the Avolites team who were staffing the stand.
A major highlight the show was a press launch for the new products on the Tuesday afternoon, and another was an honourable mention for the Diamond 4 Elite in the Lighting of the PLASA Awards for Product Excellence.
Sales director Steve Warren says, “PLASA 03 was a great show for business and we exceeded our primary targets for confirmed orders, new contacts on the database and new distribution agreements.”
